Jay Behling is the Chief Financial Officer (CF0) and Board Assistant Secretary of Splassher, Inc. Jay is a seasoned financial executive who has led the finance and administrative functions for several public and private companies involved in the production and distribution of feature films and television programs. His experience includes CFO for Rive Gauche Television, CFO for Promark Entertainment, CFO for Odyssey Distributors, Sr. Vice President of Finance for Guber-Peters Entertainment, Sr. Vice President and Corporate Controller for MGM/UA Entertainment, and Vice President and Controller for Lorimar Productions.

 

During his career, Jay managed an Initial Public offering and numerous other public offerings, raising in excess of $1.8 Billion.  He also arranged bank, equity and foreign tax incentive financing for many film and television productions. Jay began his career with the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse, where he earned his CPA Certification.
